We will bill your insurance directly for in network plans. All other plans we are considered out of network. We can provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance company for possible out of network reimbursement.
Below are some questions to ask your insurance company to get more information about your copay, etc. There is usually a number on the back of your card that you can call to get this information.
Helpful questions to ask:
Do I have mental health benefits?
What is my copay/coverage amount for outpatient therapy session?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
Does the deductible apply for mental health care?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
Is approval required from my primary care physician?
